I'm a Product Designer from Mexico based in the Bay Area, specializing in end-to-end design, including user research, interaction design, and visual design. I'm passionate about creating products that truly solve user needs through the combination of design thinking and business strategies.

I work at a high standard of creativity, craft, and quality, at high velocity.

With over 10 years of design experience, my mission is to use design to make a difference in people's lives. I currently work as a Senior Product Designer at Meta.

  • At Meta, as a Product Designer for Supply Chain, I specialize in delivering valuable and impactful products and design solutions to support the Infrastructure, Reality Labs, and Enterprise Operations orgs. Collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and content strategists, I drive clarity in company priorities and make strategic decisions for product development. Leading end-to-end experiences, I ensure successful outcomes and spearhead cross-functional collaborations.

SENIOR PRODUCT DESIGNER
  • At Twitter, I worked on the Advertiser Experience team. I was the lead designer on the Reporting and Optimization pillar, and the Outcomes pillar which covers multiple product areas of our ads.twitter.com platform. I collaborated with cross-functional partners, such as PM, EM, IC Engineering, Data Science, Research, Content Strategists, Account Managers, Customer Success folks, and others, to create end-to-end solutions for our advertising customers, which brings around 85% of revenue to the company. I was also a core collaborator to our Design System by informing and shepherding the Design Systems team through feature team needs. In my day-to-day work I was in charge of co-leading (with Product) the strategy and roadmap for our projects. I also facilitated creative workshops, crits, and design reviews with partners. Additionally, I mentored newer designers in our team and through Twitter's mentoring programs for new grads.

  • At Cisco Systems I was a Senior Product Designer working on the Cyber Threat product Cisco Umbrella. I managed and maintain Umbrella's Design System. Collaborated with cross-functional partners to drive user research, concept validation and experience design of new projects from ideation to a functioning product. Use of qualitative research and quantitative data analysis to gain deep insights into user behavior. Facilitated Design Thinking workshops both for in-house initiatives and customer-centric research. Ran moderated and unmoderated usability testing. Generated and tested solutions. Created low, medium, high fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes. Collaborated with PM and engineering to implement UI.

  • At Magmalabs (formerly Crowd Interactive) I was in charge of taking a human-centered approach to design collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to create cohesive experiences across products. I worked with clients to identify and prioritize user needs, work on Agile methodologies, prepare user interviews and lead user testings, communicate with the client in each phase of the project and supervise deliverables to ensure quality and consistency.
